We were not picked up per our booking and email confirmation on the morning of our tour. So our tour was delayed as we tried to reach someone and determine what was going to happen. Once we were picked up, several hours later, there was no English speaking guide in our coach and our driver did not speak English. We had a guide in Fez, and only a short time in Rabat. We did only a drive by of a few locations in Meknes without a guide and a driver that did not speak English. We did not visit the Royal Palace and Mausoleum as per the agenda due to it being a religious holiday. The guide was with us for only a very short time. There was nothing else offered to us except lunch and a quick drive by the sea. We had no tour or time in Tangier as per the agenda. I can tell you so much more about this disastrous trip, however you are not giving me enough characters to do so. We are requesting a full refund!
