Booked requesting English tour guide as 2 of our party spoke no Spanish and the other 2 were intermediate speakers. Tour guide spoke no English and entire Tour was conducted in Spanish. I have requested a 50% refund twice and received no response to either request.

The Guide was very informative and interesting. I learned a lot of history about Jaén. It rained, but that didn't stop us from traveling through Jaen.

En el título hago un resumen de nuestra experiencia en el tour "Visita guiada por el Casco Histórico de Jaén", donde pudimos conocer las bases de la historia de Jaén y de los monumentos esenciales. La guía "Ana" estuvo siempre muy atenta con todos nosotros, respondiendo de forma clara a todas nuestras preguntas. Lo recomiendo.
