Our driver was prompt and waiting after we retrieved our luggage. The van was comfortable and roomy. The part we didn't understand was the route we took to arrive at our hotel. We went on many, many tiny streets. We parked at Plaza Nueva and had to take our bags up the street to the hotel. Other cabs and vans would drive up to the street our hotel was on. Our taxi ride to return to the airport was much shorter and did not go on any side streets and the driver met us right at our hotel.
