Our guide Francis did an excellent job explaining the grounds at a pace that everyone could follow. He constantly was informative and made sure all questions were answered. Our driver Christian did a great job as well not only with his driving but explaining the region

I’ll start by saying Christian was wonderful! Francisco is not suited as a tour guide! He is a narcissistic ageist who is horrible at his job! He rudely talked negatively about us to the entire group over his microphone and encouraged us to end our tour several times. He never waited for us but constantly walked way too fast! Just a rude man! The description of the tour should note there is a lot of walking and at many times up/down steep hills and stairs! We did end the tour early at his encouragement and I believe we should get back most of the cost of the tour!
