  • All visitors to the Alhambra must carry a ticket, including children and babies of all ages
  • Please note the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
  • It is mandatory that all visitors carry their identity document to access the monument.
  • The quota of tickets is submitted to the purchase demands of each day. If there is no availability of tickets for the date you desire, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • If the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, the activity provider may cancel (up to the day before the visit) and will offer the tour at another time, or transfer you to a bilingual tour
  • The tour may be carried out bilingually if there are not enough demand of one specific language
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The booking was cancelled by the operator just a few hours before the tour. We had only one day in Granada and could not get another ticket - hence, we did not visit the Alhambra at all! The tour operator blamed TripAdvisor for overbooking. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not book here again.

The place itself!!! but the tour guide, Javi, was amazing!! Very profesional and knowledgeable. It was a unique experience.
