Worst travel company with even worst Tour Guides... we had our Pamukkuale tour booked with these people and they asked for 170 Euro for the Hot Air Balloon ( the guide by the name of Delek ). I called Euromania and booked my Ballon ride with them for 90 Euro per person and since I got it cheaper than what the tour guide offered , she actually threatened me and another couple that if you book from someone else then we will not take you back to the hotel from Pamukkale.... when we argued with her she spoke to my agent in India and also the Excursion Media people from whom I booked and threatened them as well to cancel our bookings... utterly rude and literally the worst person or guide we met in turkey... won't recommend anyone to book anything from this company of cheaters.

We joined the Pamukkale tour as a family in September. Tour was very nice. Timely managed. Place was very beautiful. Our guide Mr. Ismail was too good and very informative. Overall a very nice experience.???? Thank you.
