RumSky is a world class observatory open for tourist visiting the magical Wadi Rum Area in Jordan. Wadi Rum is one of rare places in the world where you can see thousands of sky objects due to low light pollution. RumSky provides large telescopes to aid the stargazing experience. Our professional astronomers will take you in one in a life time experience!

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

My wife and I had a private stargazing experience with Fahkri Al-Alami and it was amazing. Fahkri showed us a lot about the stars and constellations, very interesting insights and also funny stories around them. I loved the experience so much, that I am now going to start doing this in my own home as a new hobby. As it always happens, a good teacher is what makes the experience something especial, and in this case we couldn't have had a better one with Fahkri.

Amazing. Great lecture, easy to follow and fun, but filled with knowledge. The telescopes are fantastic instruments. Even managed to get some great photos with the help of the local astrophotographer and got some great advice for my own telescope. Extra kudos to all team for managing a very rude person in our group.

Had an amazing evening viewing the stars, the constellations, nebula and star-clusters in plain sight and through telescopes guided by experts Marah and Oday who were very informative. I would highly recommend it (a must if you are in the area).
