Siamo stati al BVS per una visita guidata e ci ha accolti Antonio, il mastro birraio, una persona squisita che ci ha illustrato, prima delle caratteristiche delle birre, la filiera ed il metodo di produzione che permette di ottenere una vera birra artigianale, la degustazione finale non ha fatto che confermare quanto la passione conti nell'ottenere un ottimo risultato dal proprio lavoro (qualunque esso sia), da provare
