The driver was not familiar with the alternate debarkation pier for Celebrity cruises in Buenos Aires. Obviously neither were we. We waited for an extended time for the driver. Thanks to a local Celebrity employee who was able to give directions to the driver, the driver finally arrived. After we were dropped at our hotel the driver insisted on an additional fee for the pier mix up. Of course this was never discussed prior. We certainly could have taken a taxi for better and cheaper service.

Great service. Quick and efficient in a very tight spot for pick up. Driver responded immediately to texts. Company was very accommodating. Booked them again for trip to airport several days later.
