The adventure begins with a hotel pick-up and a journey along National Route N°3, where the first stop is the Carbajal Valley Viewpoint, a glacial landscape crossed by the Olivia River. After a brief pause at the tourist centers in the valleys, we continue enjoying the majestic views of the Andes Mountains. At Paso Garibaldi, we cross the mountain range to admire the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes from a scenic viewpoint. Next, we embark on an exciting Off-Road journey along old forest paths, accessible only by 4x4 vehicles, leading us to Fagnano Lake and the impressive Magallanes Fault. The experience is crowned with a delicious lunch at a cozy Fuegian lodge, surrounded by a warm rustic ambiance. After sharing local stories and flavors, we return to the city, carrying with us memories of unique landscapes and unforgettable moments.

We will pick you up from your accommodation in Ushuaia. The day prior to the excursion we will advise exact pick up time

  • Mirador Del Valle Carbajal, Ushuaia, Argentina
    We pick you up at your hotel in the morning and we head to the exit of the city of Ushuaia through the National Road N°3. Our first stop will be at the view point of the Carbajal Valley; we will be amazed by the view that has a glacier origin where we can see the Olivia River.

  • RN3, Tierra del Fuego, Argentinië
    We get back on the road; we will be amazed by the spectacular landscapes offered by Andes Mountains. We finally get to pass this mountains range through the legendary “Paso Garibaldi”; we will now have the most spectacular postcard just in front of our eyes, Escondido Lake and Fagnano Lake are now visible.

  • Mirador de Lagos Escondido y Fagnano, Ushuaia, Argentina
    We start descending through an alternative road; this is the beginning of our 4x4 journey heading to head of the Escondido Lake. Here is where we get inside the fuegian woods through the paths that were used by the first explorations looking to exploit those woods. This way we will get to Fagnano Lake where we will share some snacks while enjoying the amazing view of the lake and the Magallanes fault line.

Excelente excursión que nos dejó un recuerdo memorable de Tierra del Fuego! Superó en todos los sentidos nuestras expectativas, tanto en paisajes, como en comida de altísima calidad como la profesionalidad de nuestro guia, Hernán, quien nos trató de forma inmejorable y quien nos dio con detalles toda la info de Tierra del Fuego.

Feedback sobre o 4x4: Foi o melhor passeio que fizemos aqui. O roteiro é muito bem pensado, as paisagens são lindas e o nosso guia foi extremamente competente. Cauteloso, educado, gentil e uma companhia muito agradável. As informações que ele nos davam eram essenciais para enriquecer o passeio. O passeio foi feito com 3 crianças que também amaram. Vimos raposas e tivemos a companhia de cachorros acompanhando o carro, o que deixou especial. As refeições foram fartas e muito saborosas. Recomendo e quando voltarmos a Ushuaia iremos repetir. Obrigada!

Fue una experiencia genial. La camioneta en perfecto estado, el guía Hernán es un excelente guía y conductor, los caminos bien agrestes y con bastante barro y agua, todo lo que se puede esperar de una aventura en 4x4. Los volvería a contratar siempre!
