The pick up time for the activity will be between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. This schedule will be confirmed the day before the activity via email.
That is why we suggest not hiring this activity on the same day of departure from El Calafate.

  • People over 65 years of age cannot perform this activity.
  • They will not be able to carry out this activity under 10 years old
  • All children under 18 without the company of a parent or guardian, must send written authorization from them, 24 hours before the start of the activity.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We did the Ice Trek and Glacier tour with Maxi. Her knowledge of patagonia and its nature was incredible (especially in her second language, her English was brilliant!) I would thoroughly recommend this tour and company to anybody

Not a fan of organised trips Normally long drawn out and slow paced This was an excellent trip Well organised /well informative/moved along at a good pace / very safety conscious The experience was one I’ll remember for a very long time
