Great class for simple empanada recipe, they were very flexible to let me in last minute and Lorde was a great instructor! I was traveling solo and had a good time doing this class with one other couple who had signed up.

My wife and I went, wanting to learn more about empanadas, and the experience e did not disappoint! Lourdes was great! Excellent English and very informative about all things Argentina. The wine tasting was basic but the empanadas were wonderful (and surprisingly easy)! It was a great evening.

I had a wonderful time! Learned how to make some awesome looking and tasting empanadas, as well as learning more about the history of wine in Argentina. I was the only person who booked and the one-on-one with Carolina was quite nice. She was very accommodating to my vegetarian preferences and was an incredible teacher! Highly recommend this experience!
