Private Argentine Cooking Class and Tango Lesson in Buenos Aires

What a fun idea to get to know a community: learn their dance and learn to cook local cuisine. Saul’s class was a double win! The dancing portion helped us come away with very practical ideas. And the menu - just wow! Again, we came away with a wonderful meal, practical new cooking techniques, and such a lovely evening. Highly recommended!

If you're traveling in Buenos Aires and looking for an unforgettable experience, look no further than this amazing cooking and tango class combo! My wife and I had the pleasure of taking both classes, and they were one of the highlights of our trip. The tango class was intimate and so much fun! She made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. It was a wonderful way for my wife and I to connect – we learned to listen to each other’s steps, which brought us closer together. As for the cooking class, it was just as impressive. Saul's expertise in the kitchen is evident, and he takes the time to explain every step in a way that's both thorough and engaging. We got hands-on experience making delicious empanadas, and the star of the show was a steak with chimichurri – one of the best I've ever had! Saul is a kind and incredible host, and you’ll leave not only with new skills but also with unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

First, very nice man and nice tango teacher. It would have been a great experience except we had transportation issues getting there and then found out it was not actually a private class. It was our last night in Argentina and we chose this particular class because it was listed as private and we wanted the time alone with our adult kids…when we got there we found out there were two other couples. Although they were nice people and Saul was kind…it was not what was advertised. The teacher stayed extra for us since we were late which was very kind…but if you want a private class make sure and speak to the tour operator to verify…because he told me when I got there it was not private but up to 8 people…hence the extra 4 people. It should be listed as a semi-private tour not private! Also, ask for the ingredient list to make sure you like all the ingredients. There are olives in the meat empanadas which I am sure is delicious if you like Olives..my husband does not. We would 100% have loved it as a private class but felt like the advertising was misleading and that I paid for a private class and it was semi-private at best.
