To be picked up at the airport and delivered to the cruise port sounded great. However, the pick up person was 2 hours late picking us up at the airport . The included hotel was nice but our confirmation said breakfast was included and it wasn’t. On our departure from the hotel to the cruise my husband left his backpack with his passport in the van and the company told me the van driver could not come back to the cruise port as he had another pickup. Fortunately, the driver noticed the backpack and returned on his own. No thanks to any help from the company.
