At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time, local hotel address for pick-up and/or drop-off
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Poor service. Our taxi could not find the pick up spot. We called the two phone numbers 5-6 times at 11 am. No answer. Will never use Viator ever again.

The tour operator kept us informed via email on time of pickup and where to meet at the cruise terminal. We had no issues finding the representative. This was booked through Viator
