Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

At the Salta airport we will be receiving you with a sign with the name of our company Nordic Travel or Viator. Please, for your safety, do not leave the airport without first being contacted by an operator of our company. In case you can not find our agent, contact our contact phones.
This service is one way transfer, if you wish to have the transfer back to the airport, return the purchase and then indicate your return flight at the destination to coordinate the pick-up time for your hotel.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Le service n'a pas été rendu et aucun remboursement émis. C'est de la pure escroquerie. SVP, n'utilisez pas Viator pour réserver un taxi.

Vendor was not able to meet our time schedule. We requested a 10:30 AM pickup since we had a 12:35 PM flight. Vendor offered 11:10-11:15. We said that would not work, canceled the trip, and requested a refund. Since we got the timing information after the 24-hour cancellation deadline, vendor only offered a measly $4 refund on a $25 fare paid. Taking up the matter with our credit card company at this point.

Mi agencia de viajes contrató el traslado desde el Aeropuerto hasta el hotel y viceversa. En el 1er traslado todo bien, pero hoy en el traslado desde el hotel al Aeropuerto la experiencia fue PÉSIMA!!! Micro sin AA con 36° de temperatura, los primeros 8 asientos no se podían ocupar porque debajo de uno de ellos había un olor nauseabundo impresionante!!! Las personas mayores estuvieron al borde del colapso, no sabían como abanicarse. ES INHUMANO TRASLADAR GENTE COMO SI FUERA GANADO!!!
