The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was prompt but the car seemed like it was going to fall apart, and he rolled down al the windows rather than using the AC.

This man had no knowledge of the EZE airport surrounding. He took us to the wrong building. A baggage handler guided us to the right place, but had to walk a distance under the hot sun. Such activity was hard on me as I need a walking cane to move around. I regret giving him a $3 dollars tip. He’s a guy with a Venezuelan accent who was also irresponsibly responding text messages while driving. Prior Viator experiences were excellent, but this one was extremely terrible.

Transfer driver Angel was fine except he dropped us off at the wrong terminal for our flight. Very difficult because lots of bags and I needed wheelchair assist.
