Lago Roca view was breathtaking. However tour guide organization was awful. I would suggest to do the trip on your own.

Don’t waste your time. You can take a taxi to the train and buy your own ticket. You can take a taxi around the park and do your own thing for way cheaper.

Train trip interesting with great audio guide. Bus trip through the park had good info commentary but limited stop and walk opportunities. However overall a good experience. Arrangements hampered by confusion about pickup times and location. I had to make several calls, texts and emails to confirm but once I got the right number the response was quick.
