I don't often leave reviews; only when a service has been very good or very bad. Regrettably this was a VERY BAD experience. Driver was 25 minutes LATE! Airport called the company on our behalf and confirmed our reservation. Even they could not track down the driver. We were about to rent another private car at the airport when he finally showed up. And then he did NOT speak English as advertised. His car was DIRTY. Played loud music and spent time reading email while driving! NOT SAFE. Our worst experience ever with a VIATOR approved company.

El conductor estuvo esperando con un cartel con mi nombre. El auto es de buena calidad y muy confortable. El chofer fue muy amable. Vale la pena reservar este servicio.
