You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Recommend just using Uber (works well in Buenos Aires). As to the service paid for ~~ they did not meet at the gate, did not answer the telephone (whatsapp) when calling to see where the driver was, had to stop by the information booth at the airport to figure out what was going on with the pickup. Finally, after calling three times, someone texted, noting where to meet. Not a good experience. Waste of money and time...
