The pick up time is from 7:15 AM or 10:30 AM (depending on whether you choose the activity without a guide or with a guide).
The day before your activity you will receive by email or at your hotel, a notice about the most precise pick up time.
No pickups are made by Airbnb or private departments. In this case, a meeting point close to your accommodation will be provided.

Agência muito organizada e pontual. Ônibus e barco confortáveis. Lugar perfeito. Sugerimos que levem lanches e agua para o dia. No Perito Moreno tem um restaurante com lanches, mas são caros. O ingresso de entrada no parque é por conta de cada um, que pode ser comprado online ou presencialmente - a agência para na entrada do parque pra você comprar.

The tour was fine, but in retrospect, I would’ve done this on my own with a car, taxi, shuttle b/c you have to pay the $45 fee to get into the park anyways which is not included in the price, lunch is also not included so you’re paying to wait for everyone else to get picked up from their hotels after you’re picked up and the boat tour (which you can also buy on your own).
