On this tour you will visit Amberd, a fortress on the southern slope of Mount Aragats, founded in the 7th century. Next up is Lake Kari at the height of 3250 m on the slopes of Mount Aragats, the highest point of Armenia (4090 m). Up next is the stop for Armenian Dry Fruit production and tasting. Visit Saghmosavank, 13th century Armenian monastic complex, unique due to its frescoes with biblical themes and the perfect harmony with environment – vertical cliffs of Kasakh gorge. There comes the Alley of Armenian Letters (Alphabet Alley), that was built on the slopes of Mount Aragats in honor to the 1600th anniversary of the creation of Armenian alphabet. This monument is unique not only in Armenia, but all around the World.

Joined the tour on 19Aug25. It was a very well organised tour by guide Edward and driver khachik. Edward is very friendly and knowledgeable, giving us good information on the ethnic groups, history and legends etc i actually went to check out the yazidi temple in Tbilisi a few days later and its well worth it. I would recommend to my friends in Singapore Armenia and Hyur. Also not forgetting Khachik who drove us safely through the remote, difficult roads.

In this tour we went to the mountains and cliffs of Armenia to see a historical fortress, monasteries, churches and monuments. The tour leads to a very remote area of Armenia with very narrow and difficult roads, but our driver Khachik did a great job and made us feel save. Edward, our guide, is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and is always ready to answer questions. We learned not only interesting details of the places we visited but also about history, legends, ethic groups and the Armenian alphabet. On the bus we had WiFi, AC, free water and a snack. I recommend it fully.
