I did not receive the service. The driver did not show up at the airport; so I have to take a taxi to the hotel

We arrived very late into Yerevan, Armenia and it was such a relief to have our ride there waiting as expected to take us to our hotel. It really took the stress out of the experience as securing a ride on site when you're tired can be difficult and often end up costing much more than necessary. Thank you, Viator. I would definitely consider this service again.
