This has been one of our favorite activities while traveling— period. Our tour guide was responsive and so, so knowledgeable. Going through the market and having his knowledge of Soviet history was a huge highlight. Communication was SO wonderful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Yerevan.

Vi bestilte og betalte for KGB-turen hele 10 dager i forveien, men hørte ingenting fra arrangøren før vi selv tok kontakt dagen før turen. Da fikk vi beskjed om at de kunne starte kl. 15.00, noe som var litt sent for oss. Vi foreslo kl. 11, og fikk bekreftelse på det. Men neste morgen, kl. 09.30, fikk vi en SMS om at de hadde tekniske problemer og ikke kunne starte før kl. 17.00. Da vi ringte for å høre om andre muligheter, fikk vi til svar at det kanskje kunne bli kl. 15.00 likevel – men ingenting var sikkert. Vi syntes dette var altfor dårlig organisert. Det er ikke rimelig å forvente at man skal holde hele dagen åpen for en tur som kanskje skjer, kanskje ikke. Vi hadde gledet oss veldig, og ble dessverre veldig skuffet. Denne opplevelsen levde på ingen måte opp til forventningene.

The vehicle was charming and the driver maneuvered through the streets with skill. Our guide, Arthur, was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
