Our experiences are 100% indigenous guided (subject to cultural reasons), we are fortunate to have the most amazing relationship with traditional owners. Our Binninj guides still live a largely traditional lifestyle and in all cases English is not their first language. We we are the only day tour company departing Darwin to have the permits to visit some of the best rock art sites in Arnhem Land.

Darwin pick ups are between 5:00 and 5:30am please be early as we cannot wait for late guests. If you provide us with your mobile number we will keep you updated on approximate pick up time via text message.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Due to the out back nature of this tour we are un-able to cater for disabled travellers. We also have a minnumum allowable age permitted to travel.
  • The hill climb is taken at a very leisurley pace but a degree of fitness and agility is required.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Couldn’t recommend Top End Day Tours enough!! They were awesome!! I did the Yingana tour on a Monday. Had an exceptionally good time, made better by our driver – Tim. He was always accommodating and friendly, and facilitated everything effortlessly. Our local Guide for Injalak on the day (Sebastian) was an absolute gem. He knew so much about the area, including the history and the rock artforms, and was very enthusiastic in imparting that knowledge. It was a long day, but absolutely worth the effort!! Well done guys on putting together a great experience that I shall never forget!! (R.M. - Brisbane)

A long days travel that was worth it. Fantastic rock art, but made even better by the guide Craig, sharing insight and culture. Tim is good at assisting when needed, but letting tour flow with the guide. Excellent day.
