Mark was fantastic. I had a few questions and he was happy to take my call and was patient and understanding. I was booking for my daughter with special needs and he went the extra mile for us. My daughter was thrilled with her guide who she says was very kind. A great service and a very professional service. A huge thanks to Mark for taking the time to chat and reply to all my messages.

We received the red carpet Meet & Assist upon arrival, which whisked us through long lines. The transfers to the hotel, and then the meet up at Wilson airport, dinner at Carnivore, and transfer to JKIA, along with baggage assistance, went flawlessly. Mark and his staff are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I went to Africa for the first time and extremely happy to have help in and out of the airport in Nairobi. I would have stood in a line for at least 2 hrs and likely end up being in the wrong line if I didn’t have this help. I was impressed with the security clearance they had so they could walk us all the way through the airport. Well worth it for any traveler.
