The driver texted when he arrived. Our train was running behind and we let him know. It was no problem for him to wait. Communication was great to find him in the arrival hall. He did help with our luggage which was greatly appreciated.

Very friendly driver who took care of my 81 year old mom as if she was his mom. Talked with her and answered of her questions while ridding in the front seat.
