  • Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
  • Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Call supplier to arrange a specific pick time for your departure transfer at least 3 days prior to transfer date.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nous étions mêlés un peu au début vs l'emplacement du shuttle, mais nous avons appeller et le chauffeur nous à attendue quand même. Très sympathique.

Good Experience Again. My group had several transfers while in Honolulu and each one went well. I appreciated that most times the driver was early and waiting thus not giving a lot of stress.
