You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

JUST WOW! We were picked up at the airport after getting our suitcases. we looked for a digital sign that had my name on it. we were told where to stand and within minutes our driver loaded bags into van and off we went. we were going to the surf Club in Palm Beach. Kini Kini was picking us up a week later as well. Communication was perfect. We did both emails and What's app. What's app seemed quicker to get a response but they were wonderful with answering and confirming info! I don't know when I will go back to Aruba but I know I will use Kini Kini for my roundtrip transportation without hesitation --shout out to Jared our driver both ways was WONDERFUL!!!!!

We booked two separate transfers, one from airport to hotel and a separate one for hotel back to airport. Both times the drivers were on time, were very nice, and had nice clean vehicles. Since it was just two of us, we didn't get a full-on shuttle van but larger SUVs instead. We would absolutely use them on our next Aruba trip and recommend them.

Excellent service can only give them a five star rating ,we got out of the airport late. They waited for me contacted me. Let me know they were waiting for me and we were very happy and pleased with the service. Highly recommend.
