You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Booked round trip. Provided exceptional pick up service for arrival (from airport to our resort), but they never showed up to pick us up for departure (from our resort to airport).

This company is the best! They are punctual, professional and the car was super clean. The driver Jarrett had impeccable driving skills and even had the courtesy to take our pictures for more memories.
