The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Juan Mora, the owner of Nautilus, is a PADI Master Instructor with 25 years of experience. PADI Master Instructors are divers who are incredibly experienced and can teach others how to dive and experience the wonders of the ocean. We can help you to experience all of the wonders that the ocean has to offer. For those not comfortable with diving, but who still want to see the underwater world in Aruba, we also offer snorkeling tours.

I would give the actual scuba experience 5 stars! I believe our instructor's name was Gio. He was so calm and kept me steady when I was a little nervous starting out. We loved our first time doing scuba so much that we plan on getting certified soon! I deducted one star for a couple reasons-- we were getting picked up at the cruise ports but had no communication about where exactly we would meet until the day before. Thankfully I had wifi on the ship but if I hadn't I would have been SOL. I tried getting in touch with the vendor before the trip just to have that out of the way but was unable to reach them. The guy who picked us up at the port and transported us was very communicative and nice once we were there. However, the lady who took us from the shop to the beach was sort of rude and also made things very confusing. Our stuff got moved from one van, to another, then back to the original van, while we were in the water. As such, a shirt got misplaced. They found it thankfully but it just seemed unnecessary. Also, at booking it seemed like we would be able to be dropped off at a beach instead of the cruise port. Our scuba instructor also agreed to this. However, when it came time, the driver lady would only take us to the cruise port, which kinda sucked. Just don't plan on getting dropped off elsewhere! But the actual scuba experience was great.
