This food is amazing!! The on board chef was one talented lady!! Sauces outstanding, spices used so unique, care to serve it up in front of you!! Ceviche, amazing salad with shrimp atop, lobster salad/filet mignon, flan for dessert . (Husband has fish/seafood allergy and that was problem - had delicious substitute. The entire staff ( hi Jackie!!) was so kind and accommodating- talking to you, serving drinks as you sit on front of wooden ship:) And the live beautiful music played as we ate added such ambiance. Truly special and beyond top notch! And in a boat to boot?!?! Holy Cow :)

Went to Aruba for my birthday. The food was excellent the staff was amazing. Nice scenery and the music was nice.
