I booked this excursion for my wife and daughter who both love animals. We are a party of 4 with my oldest son being wheelchair bound. He has his own stroller wheelchair (Convaid) which the guide would pick up and place in the back of the school bus. This tour uses an old school bus to take you to each attraction. Luckily my son weighs only 45 lbs and I was able to carry him up the curving stairs inside the bus. I only give this info as it’s hard to find a tour for the disabled. Now the excursion was awesome. Each attraction better than the last. We started with the donkey sanctuary. The donkeys will surround you trying to get some food but they are so gentle. Just try to spread the food out to as many donkeys as you can. The next stop was a guided tour of the ostrich sanctuary. This very informative and fun. The guide was interesting and animated. Plenty of time to feed the ostriches and emus. There is a picture taking opportunity feeding two ostriches. The last stop was Phillips animal park. Here they had a wide variety of animals to feed and touch. Remember to try and spread out the food to as many animals as possible. We almost ran out food feeding the cute goats and rams in the first few pens. All the animals are very gentle when taking the food from your palm. If you like animals and want a nice family experience that is not rushed and at your own pace. This is a great excursion to go on. Not really handicap accessible unless able to climb the five steps inside the school bus.
