  • Please reconfirm your service at least 24 hours prior by contacting supplier.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The person with our name board was easy to find in the arrivals area after retrieving our luggage. She instructed us to wait outside and the driver would would arrive shortly. Shortly became 30 minutes before someone came to lead us to the vehicle. The trip to our destination went smoothly and the driver was friendly and courteous The whole purpose of paying for a direct transfer was to quickly leave the chaos of the airport. If at least the young woman had given us a realistic estimate of the wait time, we would have known what to expect.

Very easy to locate. As we walked out they were standing holding my name. Driver pulled up within 5 minutes. Clean van.
