  • Please reconfirm your service at least 24 hours prior by contacting supplier.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pick-up time was 12-12:10 for a 3pm flight. Our hotel booked it so I thought it would be reputable. Driver was late, then stopped 3 more times for more passengers. We missed our flight due to the customs lines being so long. Pay the few extra dollars for a taxi….not worth the trouble!
