Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Whether it's getting to your hotel as soon as possible, or looking after the family following a long journey, the last thing you want is a long wait! Don't worry, when you fly to Aruba, a coach will be there waiting for you at the airport to ensure you a stress free and comfortable journey to your destination aboard a deluxe air-conditioned express vehicle.
This Express Service has a maximum of two stops at hotels in Palm Beach or Eagle Beach.

Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences is not available.
Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I've used DePalm Tours for 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about them!! We use them for our airport/hotel transfer and they're always great, cost effective and reliable. The buses are super comfortable and air conditioned.
This year we wanted to explore the island a little so we booked the North Coast Safari and Snorkeling tour. It was me, my husband and 6 year daughter on the tour. We had such a great time and learned so much. Our tour guide Wille, was the ABSOLUTE best!!
First off his knowledge on the island was great. He's a local and was able to tell us so much interesting information about the island, most of which I had no idea about was in awe. Secondly, he was beyond personable and made us laugh countless times. We were constantly learning and seeing beautiful things and laughing. It was seriously the best time!! I love taking pictures and he would just show us the best places to take pictures at the locations we were in.
Would ABSOLUTELY recommend DePalm tours for not only airport/hotel transport but for tours. Willie you are the man!!! Thank you for making our last day on the island a memorable one!!

What a great no hassle transfer experience via bus transport to and from our hotel; well worth the price. The driver was kind and courteous and very helpful with storing our luggage in the luggage hold.
