Round-Trip Aruba Private Airport Transfer

Reservei o Transfer do aeroporto para o hotel, quando cheguei a recepção foi ótima, orientaram a passar uma msg pra o Carlos para informações do retorno e de passeios, fizemos isto, porém fomos ignorados, dois dias antes de voltar tive que pedir ajuda no hotel para combinar o horário da volta do Transfer, meu voou era para as 13:30, pediram para estar prontos às 9h, absurdo por estar próximo ao aeroporto, ok concordamos, só que ficamos prontos às 9h conforme combinado e só passou as 10h! Absurdo! Não recomendo a ninguém, o descaso com o turista!!

Our round-trip airport transfer was seamless. The team went above and beyond when we had a change of arrival date/time. They were easy to contact via phone and email and made the last minute changes at no additional cost. We accidentally left a phone in the car when we were dropped back off at the airport. A quick phone call and 5 minutes later, our driver had come back to ensure we got the phone back. The drivers were perfectly on time, in fact even early, to pick us up at the airport and at our hotel for our departure.

We used De Palm Tours for private airport transfers for our family, which included car seats for young children that were part of our group. Additionally, we used De Palm for our wedding shuttle for all of our guests from the hotel to our venue. Each shuttle and transfer that we coordinated came on time (with the car seats requested), with friendly staff, which lead to a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company, as they communicate timely, and are very reliable.
