Mangel Halto Beach, Savaneta, Caribbean One of the sites we recommend is to visit the Mangel Halto beach, located in Savaneta Aruba. This beach rarely gets visited by most guests and is definitely a local favorite! 15 minutes
Baby Beach, San Nicolas, Caribbean Baby beach is a must see when visiting Aruba. Beautiful shallow waters, crystal clear snorkeling areas, and just a wonderful soothing atmosphere. 45 minutes
Colorado Point Lighthouse, San Nicolas, Caribbean The Colorado lighthouse sits at the southernmost point of the island. The main attraction isn't actually the lighthouse however, it's the stunning view from the edge of the south point. On a clear day, you can even see the hills of Venezuela from there. 15 minutes
Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, Oranjestad, Caribbean On the northern coast sits the abandoned Bushiribana gold mill that once processed ore from mines in the nearby hills during Aruba's gold rush of the nineteenth century. A very scenic attraction for pictures. 15 minutes
Alto Vista Chapel, Noord, Caribbean Alto Vista Chapel is a small Catholic chapel that stands on the hills above the north shore near Noord Aruba. The church, painted on the outside in stark bright yellow, makes it a conspicuous religious monument for people to visit. 15 minutes
California Lighthouse and Sasariwichi Dunes, Noord, Caribbean The old stone California lighthouse stands as a silent sentry in the area known as "Hudishibana," near the island's northwestern tip. The lighthouse is named for the U.S ship - the California - which sunk about two years previous to its construction in 1910. The site offers spectacular sunsets as the final shades of sunshine give way to a brilliant azure canopy. Perched on a high seaside elevation, the lighthouse has become one of Aruba's scenic trademarks and offers a picture perfect view of the island's western coastline of sandy beaches, rolling sand dunes and rocky coral shorelines. The lighthouse has completed a recent restoration in May 2016 which coincided with the 100th anniversary of the completion of the lighthouse. It's free to view and take pictures of the lighthouse but to climb up there is a fee. 30 minutes
Casibari Rock Formations, Caribbean Casibari is a settlement of Paradera, north of Hooiberg, in Aruba.[1] Evidence of prehistoric rock drawings is still visible at the site.[2][3] "Casibari" is an Indian name of Arawak (possibly Taíno) origin and can be explained as follows: CA as a prefix: where there are, SIBA (or CIBA) is stone and RI as a suffix is: good; so Where There are Good Stones. The name can also be explained as follows: CASIBA (or CACIBA) is hollow or cavern with RI is good; so Good Hole (cavern). [4] This toponym also stands for cas di baril, house of barrel, the first tin house of Aruba, made from oil barrels. 15 minutes
Ayo Rock Formations, Oranjestad, Caribbean Ayo Rock Formations are monolithic rock boulders located on the island of Aruba in the Caribbean, near Ayo village and about 3.2 km (2.0 mi) from the defunct natural bridge towards Casibari. Similarly, the Casibari Boulders are about 3.2 km (2.0 mi) inland between Natural Bridge and Oranjestad, the capital of Aruba, to the west of Boca Andicuri. 15 minutes
Tres Trapi, Caribbean Tres Trapi Beach is located on Aruba’s northwestern coast. This secluded stretch of sand boasts crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sands, and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Unlike some of Aruba’s more popular beaches, Tres Trapi Beach offers a tranquil escape for those seeking a more laid-back beach experience.
One of the unique features of Tres Trapi Beach is its rugged and rocky coastline, which provides a sense of seclusion and privacy. The Caribbean’s surrounding cliffs and boulders offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving, allowing visitors to explore the vibrant underwater world. Visitors can also enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or relaxing under palm trees. 30 minutes

This was a great experience! We had a great time exploring the island with the utvs. Our guide was excellent and marked great points of interest for us on our map. He was also quick to respond, fully explained everything, and provided great service. Getting around was easy and we really did see most of the island in our 8 hours. If you want to get out on your own and see all of Aruba, it is the only way to do it.

Rachel brought the UTV right to our hotel. She quickly did the necessary paperwork. She also gave us an overview of the vehicle, loaded the map.me app on my phone, and marked the sites we wanted to see. The UTV worked great. We explored the whole island from Baby Beach all the way to the lighthouse, and everything in between. We left the UTV in front of our hotel when we were done, and the company came and picked it up. My only comments would be to be prepared for the wind while driving and make sure you wear sunblock. It was a great excursion from start to finish.

Booked thru TripAdvisor/Viator 2 days before, but didn’t have any info the day before at 4:15 and no one phone could help. They kept offering to switch us to tours bc they couldn’t get a hold of the vendor. We have done tours and wanted to Explore on our Own as the title suggested. Wasted our time and phone minutes making multiple calls to get the rental or to cancel. Finally they did let me cancel and refund, but we were left without plans we’d hoped for.
