The driver was not inside the airport with a sign as we were told. I had to contact the venue to get the drivers number to call the driver. We were picked up late.

Car was late arriving and with cab line should’ve done that instead of paying more for a reserved ride. Arrival agent was dismissive saying it was a busy day and a lot of flts. We were the only arrival at the time of our pick. Just bad as I got paid more and got less. Driver was fine but once he arrived.
