Car was late arriving and with cab line should’ve done that instead of paying more for a reserved ride. Arrival agent was dismissive saying it was a busy day and a lot of flts. We were the only arrival at the time of our pick. Just bad as I got paid more and got less. Driver was fine but once he arrived.

Our driver was very nice and friendly . He told us about Aruba ( people , food and weather ) . He’s a safe driver and would recommend him .

Waited 30 minutes for private ride when I could have paid half the cost for a taxi that was already there.
