We went on an overnight safari with Friends of Africa this past July. The actual safari went well. However, we were asked to pay an entrance fee at the Serengeti Gate due to a system error. The tour guide and subsequent emails with the company assured us we would be reimbursed. The amount was over $800. I have asked several times for the reimbursement, but have always been delayed. I feel like we have been taken advantage of and made a mistake. I'm posting this so that others will not fall for this scam.
