The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. The Temples are rock-cut structures, and both built during the reign of King Ramses II 1200 B.C. One temple is dedicated to King Ramses II, and the second temple is dedicated to his beloved wife Queen Nefertari. The carvings and artwork that decorate both temples are incredible. Hand-carved pillars, wall paintings, carvings, statues, and much more, this is a must-visit the place.

Me encantó esta visita. El viaje, aunque es largo, merece mucho la pena, además nuestro guía Sayed fue perfecto. Nos lo explicó todo tipo de detalles y las historias más interesantes. Tuvimos también suerte y no había apenas personas así que lo disfrutamos solo para nosotros/as. Recomendado 100% I loved this visit. The trip, although long, is well worthwhile, and our guide Sayed was perfect. He explained it to us all kinds of details and the most interesting stories. We were also lucky and there were hardly any people so we enjoyed it just for ourselves. 100% Recommended

Totalmente recomendable, visita imprescindible. Merece infinitamente la pena el madrugón y el trayecto para poder visitar esta maravilla de templo (llegamos y no había casi nadie, ideal para hacer fotos). Es uno de los templos más bonitos y mejor conservados de Egipto.
