    Τhe Museum of Cycladic Art is dedicated to the study and promotion of ancient cultures of the Aegean and Cyprus, with special emphasis on Cycladic Art of the 3rd millennium BC. It was founded in 1986, to house the collection of Nicholas and Dolly Goulandris. Since then it has grown in size to accommodate new acquisitions, obtained either through direct purchases or through donations by important collectors and institutions.

uno dei musei da non perdere per appassionati d'arte e storia ; molti reperti esposti in maniera perfetta e bene illuminati con spiegazioni all'altezza ; da non perdere la sala del quarto piano con video che illustrano la storia antica della civiltà greca , ideale per portare bambini e ragazzi ; c'è anche una esposizione in una dependance accanto con reperti da poco restituiti ; nell'ingresso c'è un bar-ristorante , un po' caro ma buono , dove ristorarsi ; un po' troppo bassa la temperatura interna

Apart from the top floor (an attempt to introduce ancient Greek life) , there's not really anything this museum has that the National Archaeological Museum doesn't have. Just go to the latter and save yourself time and money.
