Amazing experience. Theo is personable, thoughtful, reliable and pleasant to work with. For many years, I have been tolerating the corporate, plastic, pseudo-professional culture of car rental by big companies such as Avis, Budget,etc. They behave as if they are doing you a favor; they have the style of extremely self-important and busy operators; they make it very hard to serve you and accommodate any potential changes. On the other hand, Theo and Happy Car Rental work For You, the Client. Theo was extremely logical and flexible. He accommodated our changes and he did not charge extra stuff, etc. His prices are much cheaper than Avis, Budget ,etc. and his service is eons ahead. After calling him out of the blue, he delivered a perfect for our needs car outside my apartment in less than 2 hrs. Then, a week later, at our request, he met us at the airport to return the car, after a change of our plans. He was always On Time. He generated full confidence. All this happened in an easy and rational manner. Theo Listens and He Delivers on Time. I will always book my car with Theo and I highly recommenced you do the same. Thank you Theo.
