In case you have a departure transfer service please be at the lobby or at designated nearby area subject to your accommodation at least 10min prior service as per booking. Do have in mind that for ferry or cruise departures you must be at the port at least 1hr prior departure.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was waiting for us when we checked out, taking away any stress. He pointed out points of interest on the way to the port as it was our first time in Athens. Top class service, keeping in touch with messages, would have no hesitation using this firm again

Driver was on time.He helped with luggage at hotel and cruise terminal. We would use Viator again in future .
