Five of us spent the afternoon with Elizabeth learning how to cook Greek food. She is a great instructor and I immediately guessed that she used to be a teacher as she was able to guide us through all our missions of cooking great food. It was one of our best experiences of our month and Greece and comes highly recommended.

Really enjoyed meeting Elisavet and cooking with her! She can tailor the class to whatever you are interested in, just connect with her before. We made bread, 3 types of cookies, and spinach pie - all vegan and all delicious. She was also helpful in giving advice for the rest of our trip.
