You'll get to practice the discus, the javelin throw, the shot put and the long jump before you compete in a relay race in the world’s first modern Olympic Stadium! Really memorable experience. Our guide was fun but informative. I would certainly recommend this tour for both adults and children/ teens.

We had an excellent time with our guide learning fun facts about the history of the Olympics. She sprinkled in some minor physical activity, including instruction for traditional Olympic sports including javelin, shot put, long jump and running. She added sweet touches like family “competitions”, cards to track your success, and a podium finish with a crowned winner. We all loved it, which is plus when traveling with 15 and 12 year old boys!

I highly recommend this experience! It was a light workout while learning how to compete some original Olympic events. Our trainer, Katherine, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, fun, caring and energetic. She engaged our group while keeping it competitive, but light and fun. The highlight was definitely running in the stadium. If you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary to have fun in Greece, this is it! A++++++
