• Look for Your Name Sign: Our professional driver will be holding a sign clearly displaying the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
• We Monitor Your Arrival: Do not worry if your ferry is slightly late. We communicate with port authorities and monitor arrival schedules in real-time. The driver will be at the port when you arrive.
• Assistance Guaranteed: Your driver will meet you, help you with your luggage from the terminal exit to the vehicle, and ensure you are comfortable.
• Keep Your Phone On: As soon as you disembark, please switch on your mobile phone. The driver may send you a quick text or call to confirm their exact location.
