  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each passenger is allowed one suitcase within the dimensions of 75x28x51 cm (30x11x20 inches) weighing no more than 23 kilograms (50 pounds). In addition to your checked luggage, you may also bring one carry-on bag. Please note that oversized or special items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may have different regulations. We recommend checking in advance for a seamless travel experience. Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth and hassle-free transportation experience. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Price is per person, based on the number of adults per car/vehicle
  • At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
  • Is it Wheelchair accessible? We can arrange a special vehicle but it’s upon request and with a different rate
  • Is it stroller accessible? We need to know in advance and a different rate may apply
  • Are service animals allowed? Upon request
  • Are infant seats available? Upon Request
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
