So glad we found Ancient Greece Tours. We were a party of two couples that booked a gorgeous 5hr sunset tour to Cape Sounion visiting the magnificent temple of Poseidon. It was wonderful. Our driver was Yannis who was just superb. The Mercedes van was luxurious and comfortable with all the special amenities. Yannis made several stops at some wonderful photographic spots and beaches along the way to Cape Sounion and we still arrived at Cape Sounion with plenty of time to tour the site and watch the glorious sunset behind the Poseidon Temple. After the tour, Yannis took us to a wonderful sea-side restaurant in Vouliagmeni called Garbi. The fresh grilled fish served all of us generously and was delicious. Highly recommend this experience with this company.

Terry was such an amazing guide! He was very talkative, effortless communication. Was very informative and engaging. He spoke to us about a wide variety of interesting topics which made our time in the car quite entertaining. We liked him so much that we booked another tour with Ancient Greece Tours the next day and requested we have Terry once again. We thought we would include the Temple of Poseidon private sunset tour the evening before the Athens Classical tour. I must admit both days were exceptional, better than we could have imagined. Our tour to the Temple of Poseidon started with a beautiful & leisurely drive along the Athenian Riviera, south coast of Athens. The Poseidon temple site and amazing sunset were a highlight. We ended the evening with a spectacular dinner at a seaside restaurant below the temple. A wonderful start of our vacation in Greece. The next day was the full day private tour of Athens. Acropolis, Agora, Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the changing of the Guard and the National Archaeological Museum WOW - all brilliantly coordinated and planned by our wonderful tour driver whilst avoiding all the crowds. That brings us to our tour driver - Tas. We couldn’t have had a better guide if we had selected one ourselves. So lucky and blessed to have met Tas. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We learned so much in those two days. It is so clear that he loves and is so passionate about his work and the history that surrounds him. Thank you Tas.
