Upon your arrival at the Port Terminal, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival’s hall, holding a sign with your name written on it.

Our representative will escort you to the vehicle, help you with your luggage and offer you beverages, mineral water, refreshments and wet tissues as a warm welcome after your trip.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
