After you collected your luggage, walk through the exit gates into the Arrivals hall.

If you leave via the Terminal A your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it next to Vodafone kiosk with the sign ""Local SIM cards""
If you leave via the Terminal B your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it next to Everst Express Pharmacy.

If you cannot find your driver:

Please switch on your mobile phone. You should have received your driver's contact details by SMS. If you can't find your driver, please call the driver directly.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is a 50/50 experience. The pickup went smoothly at the airport and the driver was nice and friendly. Comfortable chatting with him on the way to our hotel. The pickup did not happen. I confirmed reservation with 2 of the people the day before and thought all was good but after 15 minutes of waiting I called, and driver said that the address was not confirmed and would not be coming since "he" was with another person". I had the pickup location on the original reservation, and it never changed. When I confirmed the day before it was still the same adress so I do not know what the issue was. Luckily, I gave us extra time but we had to hail a taxi to get us to the airport on time.

They never showed and had the wrong date despite a written confirmation. Had to scramble for a ride to the hotel after waiting forty five minutes
