  • The elevator is strictly available to disabled visitors only; we strongly recommend that customers call the numbers +302103214172 or +302109238470 at least one day before their arrival to make sure that they will be able to make use of the elevator and ask any questions they need.
  • For infants aged 0-5 years, as well as EU citizens under 25 or over 65, you must visit the ticket booth at each archaeological site to obtain a free ticket (ID or passport required). Please be aware that free ticket availability is not guaranteed and depends on the remaining stock for each timeslot.

    Maybe it is an option for one or two people, but not worth for a family. Kids have discount rates at the gate. And it is just an audio tour, shouldn’t Cost double the ticket price.

    Iconic landmark and historical must-visit in Athens. The archeological site and monuments are well-maintained. Local guides are on site (to observe and help you if needed). Skip-the-line tickets are indispensable (access to the south entrance near the Acropolis Museum). Best time to visit is in the low or shoulder seasons (morning or late afternoon - evening for golden hour and a magical sunset). You have panoramic views of the skyline in Athens. The booking process went smoothly (Viator website). Information provided was transparent. Good expectation management. We received the tickets the day beforehand (to be printed or downloaded on your mobile phone). An audio tour in English is included in the visit (provided by KeyTours), with insightful information about the most prominent landmarks on site. We recommend that you download the audio tour beforehand as there is no internet connection on site. Also, bring your own AirPods or headphones. The added value of an audio tour is that you can visit the site at your own pace (quick one hour visit or a half day). Wear walking shoes as there are several steps and stairs. Bring sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sun cream).Bring a bottle of water per person (maybe a light snack also). You can buy refreshments at the kiosks on site but their offer is limited and sells out quickly during high season. There are few toilets on site. We recommend to use the bathroom at the entrance of the site.

    This was a waste of money, skip the line doesn’t work when you can’t retrieve the tickets. I had to struggle to find where the tickets were, in the meantime busses loaded with people went ahead of us! We were there very early to try to see the Parthenon better. I will not recommend this because of you are early the lines are not that long. I try to call, chat, email until finally I got my tickets. A waste of money and time.
